Mouflon Pet Nat

This wine is made from 100% Pinot Gris in the old style known as
Petillant Natural (or for short Pet Nat), this type of sparkling is made by
bottling half-fermented wine allowing the bubbles to be trapped in the
bottle and resulting in a wine that is hazy and funky with lighter bubbles
then say Champagne. This wine is characterized by notes of grapefruit and
blood orange along with flint, honey and some subtle spice. Needs to be well chilled before opening!
